Topic: Our Family Traditions

You and your family are invited!

Please join students and their families from all over the world in creating short videos illustrating the family tradition that means the most to you and your family, a special activity passed down from generation to generation, or one created just by your family.

We invite you to CREATIVELY capture a special family tradition. You are welcome to present your family tradition through song, dance, poetry, photography and/or visual artwork. Anything at all! We ask you to bring us right into your home, including thought-provoking details and cultural clues in your video.

Once submitted, Creative Connections will select videos for a special online showcase, and social media posts to be seen by a worldwide audience.

Please submit your video on WeTransfer by Friday, 10 August 2020.

In the WeTransfer field labeled "Email to" please enter worldlink@creativeconnections.org.

Please label your file with your family last name and video title, so that we can match it to your submission form. For example, if your last name was Jennings and your video title was Cooking Our Favorite Meal, your file would be named Jennings_CookingOurFavoriteMeal.

We may use these videos for a range of educational purposes and for public relations purposes. We may also use them to share with art educators and young artists around the world and in other ways to support our mission of providing cultural education programs to the world’s children in the years ahead.
