Chontaduro selling is a party that is very known everywhere as well as the fruit. We can do (cook) a lot of things with it: cakes, cookies, marmalade, sweet juice, etc. This is a very special fruit because it has its own party. The party consists of a kind of exposition of several products made from the Chontaduro. Its day is October 6th, and people grow it in Cauca. The scene represents a black woman selling a great variety of products during a Chontaduro party.
