About the Artwork

The moment I am sharing is a scene where people are hitting the Wadaiko drums at a festival. With the many drums together, the sounds all come together. This drumming is a Japanese custom. The value I am showing is the concept of cooperation. Japanese people put great importance on the idea of cooperation. New things come from everyone working together as a group and cooperating.

My father is working in China right now, so we are not living together. I am an only child. I dislike having to take points on tests at my extracurricular school. I like playing the piano. When I grow up I want to be a heart blood vessel surgeon. I had heart disease. The doctors fixed it for me, so I thought now it is my turn to save people in need.
