New Years is the most exciting holiday in Russia. In my piece classmates and I are dancing around a fir tree in Great Ustyug. Last year my classmates and I enjoyed five days there on winter holiday. Great Ustyug is a small town and the homeland of Russian Father Frost who lives in a big beautiful house and draws children from different places to meet him and his friends, dance, make snowmen, sled, ski & skate.

In my free time I like to read, play with my cat, and spend time with my relatives and friends. I have three people in my family, my mother, my father and me. I like painting, dancing and listening to music. I also like to study and travel. My goal is to do well in school. I want to become an architect or a doctor when I grow up.
