I am illustrating my favorite after school activity, a traditional Japanese dance. I drew a girl dancing in a traditional Japanese dance. There is a famous Toyama Zakura, the Japanese cherry blossom, in the background. This is a tradition that was passed down for centuries. I do this as an after school activity. NOTE: The paper cutouts are made from Chiyogam Paper a type of Japanese paper decorated with brightly colored, wood-block printed patterns inspired by Kimono fabric.
Featured: The moment I am sharing is my idea about desert life and culture.
We are a family of five with my mother, my father, my younger brother, my younger sister and I. In my free time I clean and organize my room. We also have 2 cats. I like melons and piano. I don’t like mushrooms. When I grow up I want to be a instructor of Japanese traditional dance or a designer.
