About the Artwork

In this picture I am in a garden with the new friends I have acquired at this school. In my piece I have included myself in addition to new people that I have met this year. We are in a garden and surrounded by flowers. I used 3 different art styles while drawing each of us to show the diversity in our friendships. The values I am showing are friendship and love of nature. It is important to share these values to help people appreciate their friends and the outdoors.

Featured: The moment I am sharing is my idea about desert life and culture.

I live with my older sister, mother and grandmother. I enjoy drawing, watching foreign television, playing the piano and reading. I dislike people who are ignorant and refrain from educating themselves. My goals are to acquire and maintain straight As. I’m not sure what I’d like to be when I’m older but I may want to be an artist or a doctor.
