The award-winning South African youth ensemble

Through songs filled with dynamic harmonies, lively dances, and colorful costumes, Soweto Melodic Voices brings the rich tribal heritage of South Africa to brilliant life for school and family audiences. The award-winning troupe has given uplifting performances in South Africa as well as heralded appearances at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Their 50-minute cultural performance includes:

• An intro video filmed in the performers’ home community of Soweto
• A veritable kaleidoscope of songs and dances
• The telling of the well-love tale The Rain Queen Modjadji
• Engaging audience participation numbers
