About the Artwork

My piece captures the national conference of social studies that I attended in December, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I presented and spoke a panel on behalf of the Human Rights Initiative I am apart of with the university of Connecticut. The values I am representing in this piece is passion, education, and growth.

I am apart of a family of four. I have a twin brother who I am two minutes older than. I was born and raised in Norwalk, CT. I love to cook and I’ve picked up boxing in the past year. I don’t like the fruit papaya. When I grow up I want to serve people, while pursuing my passion. I’m not entirely sure what I want to be, but I’m thinking of pursuing something in the realm of law, human rights and social justice.
