The person who’s in my art piece is me when I was 11-12 years old. My art piece takes place in the summer of 2022 when I was living at my aunt’s son’s house, Russell. I’m illustrating when I had seen my biological mother for the first time in 5-6 years. I’m running in Russell’s house out the door to see my mother while yelling “Mom!” I drew lightning bolts behind me to emphasize how fast I was running. I also drew a small red heart above me with shocks coming out of it to express my love for my mother as well as how excited I was to see her. This story is extremely important to me, I will cherish this moment forever.

My uncle owns a small business called “ItCaonnoliBe”. He makes and sells cannolis and has a food truck. My family and I help him on the food truck often. My great grandparents were from Campania, Italy.
I like drawing, writing stories, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, listening to music and alternative clothing. I dislike sports, country music, math, loud noises and fruit punch.
When I grow up I want to be an author. The reason why I want to be an author is because I’ve always liked coming up with stories in my head ever since I was little.
