About the Artwork

I am kissing my mother’s hand in the scene I have drawn. Kissing my mom’s hand means that I am bending down to reach her right hand with my right hand and putting it against my forehead. I am doing this right after the mass has ended, outside the church. It is a sign of respect in my Filipino culture.

I appear in the lower left side, the one wearing the brown jacket.

I have a mom, dad and younger sister. My mom and dad are both hard-working and me and my sister have always looked up to them. In my free time, I read, listen to music, watch movies and help my mom do chores. I like to travel and horror movies. I dislike foul language and failing grades. My main goal is to graduate and go to a good college.
