Recently Senator Richard Blumenthal congratulated Creative Connections for being a recipient of the DECD/COA funding award, stating that, “An understanding of diverse cultures, identities and traditions is important for all children. I applaud the 120 students from Connecticut and nationwide whose artwork has been selected for this inspiring exhibit [The 2014 International Children’s Art Exhibit], and thank their teachers and Creative Connections for their dedication and passion to artistic and cultural education.”

The 2014 International Children’s Art Exhibit will be held at The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk, CT from May 15 – September 1, 2014.
