Today two classes met and talked about their art work and their lives, their differences and more importantly their similarities.
A group of students from the Tender Talents School in Uganda (on the left) met with their partner class from TheOak Bluffs School in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts (on the right).
Even though the school year is ending for students here in the USA, both classes shared a valuable conversation and connection that will be remembered well past this year’s program experience.
It was exciting to see both classes share their thoughts and their talents with one another.
Everyone involved had a wonderful time! Special thanks to Frank Katoola, Amie Grooters-Lukowitz and Miguel Barreto.
Here are two pieces of art work created by the students from the Uganda and the USA.
