It was during our school vacation we went to Minneriya National Park with our family friends. Minneriya National Park is one of the world’s most significant places where Asian elephants are living. I was very excited to see many elephants and it was wonderful to see them roaming around. The visit to Minneriya National Park was very memorable it was an amazing experience seeing elephants close up. We were in the jeep and took beautiful photographs. There were twin elephant babies with there mother. Some were playing.
l love nature so much. Elephants are gentle giants. Elephants hold symbolic and cultural importance in our country.

There are three members in my family, my father, mother and myself.
