My picture is of the Jwaneng Mine, where we mine diamonds. My picture shows a mechanical shovel loading rocks into a triple seven. The Jwaneng Mine is the second richest diamond mine in the world. The pit is about 200 metres deep. The biggest diamond was found in the Jwaneng pit, and it is about the size of a match box. I chose this picture because diamonds in Botswana are one of our richest exports.

I have two sisters and no brothers. My big sister’s name is Boipelo. She is 13 years old. My baby sister’s name is Kgomotso, and she is 3. My father, Victor, works at the mine. My mother, Nomsa, is a teacher.

My favourite sports are soccer, softball, cricket, and swimming. My hobbies are playing T.V. and computer games and listening to rap music. I like Snoop Doggy Dog, Puff Daddy, and Tupac. When I grow up, I would like to be a doctor. I would be married and have one child. I would be living in France.
