About the Artwork

My piece shows the ancient tourist attraction of Jerash. You can see the columns and behind them there are buildings and houses. You can also see the beauty of the sunset behind the city. The light gives a beautiful color to the stones and buildings. Jerash is located in Jordan. The columns are a very old historical monument. They were built in 7500-5500 BC. They have great importance to my country. There were thousands of columns in the city but because of natural disasters, like earthquakes, there are only 71 columns left. To preserve my environment, I clean up around me, recycle, not waist water and plant trees.

Tradition, Nature and Architecture.

I have a large family of 9. My Mom, Dad, 4 brothers (Nader, Abd Al Jawad, Gousef and Amir), 2 sisters (Nada and Natasha) and Me. I usually babysit for my brother but when I have free time I draw, watch anime or help my sister. My likes are drawing, reading and having fun with my family. My dislikes are sleeping until noon and summer time. I want to continue to pursue my interests in art and some day become a great fashion designer.
