Corn is one of our daily foods. One Guatemalan tradition is the town fair, and that is why I drew a fair. I also drew some women selling tamales, fruits, vegetables, hammocks and hats. There is a farmer with corn and sugar cane. The value I’m depicting is peace because where there is peace, there is happiness. My drawing represents Guatemala. I want to help instill the value of peace in people’s minds.

I live with my dad but go to visit my mom. I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers that love me very much. In my free time, I watch TV, draw, read the Bible and go out for walks.I want to become a English teacher for many children and I want to become an artist as well.To help the environment, we do recycling projects and clean the school.

El maíz es un alimento que consumimos a diario, algo que hacemos todos los días es alimentarnos. Una tradición principal de Guatemala son las ferias por eso dibuje una feria. También hay algunos Guatemaltecos vendiendo tamales, frutas, verduras, hamacas, sombreros y un campesino con maíz y una caña. Represento el valor de la paz porque para mí donde hay paz, hay felicidad.

Vivo con mi papá pero también voy a ver ami mamá. Tengo 3 hermanas y dos hermanos que me quieren mucho. En mi tiempo libre, veo TV, leo la biblia y salgo a pasear. Quisiera ser maestra de Inglés y enseñarle el idioma a muchos niños. Deseo también ser una gran artista. Hacemos proyectos de reciclaje y salimos alimpiar la escuelacon mis amigos.
