About the Artwork

In this painting, you’ll see the natural beauty of the Jordanian desserts with the unique features of the camels in the dessert right before sun down, featuring the striking view of the everyday Jordanian sunsets it has its significant yellow/beige sand that is a pure shade of the color of sand with some shading, in addition to the camels and the Native Jordanians that are in the lowest layer of the picture which represent the personal and cultural theme of Jordan. I also added different sizes of trees which varies with medium, large, and small trees which are black because of the shadow from the sun as well as the black color featuring in the camels, and the native Jordanians. You can also see that I have some texture and shading in the sun which is also indicating sunset and how it is low and the sky is purple, reddish pink, red, pink, orange, yellowish orange, and then yellow, to represent my style and my own creative expression paired with a beautiful Ombre gradient to represent the real life aesthetic affect of the sunset. Here we can see the self and cultural expression to see how nice the camels and he Jordanians are, they are also a significant thing in Jordanian desserts. The sunset and the camels in the dessert really portray how I Interpret My homeland Jordan and how I see the beauty of Jordan using my own style in Art. The value that I’m illustrating in my piece is the meaning of family to me.

I’m a family of 6. I have a mother and a father, my moms name is Dina, My dads name is Ghassan. I also have 3 other siblings, 1 girl and 2 boys. My sisters name is Dania, my brothers names are Karim and Omar. I dislike rude people, and I like kind people. At the moment I don’t know what I want to be, but I want to be successful and make my family proud.
