“I am in front playing the guitar. The sun is going down and we are relaxing with the music because it is Saturday. I am dressed with hat, scarf and “bombachas” (baggy trousers) playing the guitar while my friend dances this “chacarera”. Our folkloric music is joyful and unites us in our free time to forget our troubles.”
“My grandparents and me comprise my family. I like singing, but I can’t dance. I enjoy playing with my friends and making music. Someday I may be a “payador” — someone who improvises songs in festivals … a poet musician.”
