The drawing I made shows my dad, sister and me with our suitcases, and my aunt, uncle, and cousin picking us up at the airport. My cousin and I are shown hugging because we have not seen each other in a long time. Family is important to me because I don’t get to see mine much, so it is very special when I do see them.-En mi dibujo esta mi papá, mi tío, mi tía, mi primo, y yo. Ellos estan recogiéndonos en el aeropuerto. Mi prima y yo estamos abrazándonos ya que no nos vemos hace rato. El valor de la familia es representado porque no puedo verlos todo el tiempo y esto hace que cada vez que nos veamos sea algo especial.

I live with my mom and visit my dad on weekends because my parents are divorced. I have 2 cats and a guinea pig. In my free time I like to read, draw, play with my cats and spend time with my friends and family. I like basketball, Harry Potter and school. I dislike spiders and Star Wars. To help preserve the environment, I like to volunteer at animal shelters, recycle and drive in a carpool. My goals are to go on to an Ivy League school and to become a writer. -Vivo con mi mamá, visito a mi papá cada fin de semana porque mis padres son divorciados. Tengo dos gatos y un hamster. Me gusta leer, jugar con mis gatos, pasar tiempo en familia y con amigos. Me gusta el baloncesto, Harry Potter y la escuela. No me gustan las rañas ni Star Wars. Para ayudar al medio ambiente reciclo y comparto el carro cuando viajamos además de visitar animales abandonados en el refugio de animales. Cuando grande deseo ir a la universidad y ser escritora.
