The young artist, a participant in last year’s Rainforest ArtLink program, describes his piece, “In my scene there is a Mayan pyramid receiving sunlight.  The Mayans did rituals and ceremonies in the pyramid.  Mayan pyramids are valuable because they represent our Mayan legacy and it is necessary to take care of them.”
