Dear Friends,
As I am writing this, art from Artlink students around the world is arriving daily at our office, ready to be processed and sent out to partner classes in the USA and in twenty-one other countries. What a treat to see so many cultures come to life, stories told, and insights shared – all through the eyes and brush strokes of our young artists.
As this year comes to a close, I join our staff and Board in thanking you for your friendship and support in making these cultural exchanges happen.
Your continued generosity will help us knock down walls of ignorance, indifference and fear between the thousands of students we work with nationally and internationally, replacing them with bridges of global awareness, understanding and appreciation.
Your gift will enable us to strengthen and grow our classroom partnerships and art exchanges between U.S. schools and their international counterparts in rural Kenyan villages, refugee camps in Jordan, rainforest communities in the Brazilian Amazon, and well beyond.
